As a key member of Corbel's leadership team, Kathryn spearheads an adaptive, high-performance workforce culture through Human Resource initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency with strategic process enhancements. She drives a corporate strategy aligned with organizational growth. While also overseeing Corbel's various Limited Partnerships, General Partnerships and the internal team, Kathryn ensures compliance with SEC, FINRA, SBA, and UNPRI standards.
